Classes focus on teaching basic gymnastics skills on our special equipment just for preschoolers with a focus also on developing motor skills, listening and following directions.
​Classes are taught using age appropriate curriculums with progressions and drills to teach gymnastics skills with a focus on building strength, coordination and balance. School age gymnastics classes are skill based using USA Gymnastics Level 1-3 skills.
Classes are taught using our “Ninja Warrior” style curriculum teaching agility and obstacle course skills in addition to conditioning using specialized Ninja equipment including warped walls, Ninja Beast obstacle, trampolines and foam pits.
The parent-child program allows for our coach to guide you and your child through our special curriculum for our littlest gymnasts and work on new skills in our special preschool area.
Classes designed to allow for individual specialization to accomplish the tumbling goals of each participant along with teaching basic tumbling progressions using trampoline, tumble trak, foam pit and spring floor.
AAG’s adapted program was created to be inclusive and provide an opportunity for children with neurological or physical disabilities to participate in classes, private lessons, and activities at All American Gymnastics & Super Ninja.

Open Practice is supervised time in the gym to practice their gymnastics, ninja and/or tumbling skills. Coaches will be available but not instructing a class.
AAG offers skill clinics throughout the year for kids ages 6-12 years old. These clinics have a specialized focus on specific skill sets to enhance training.
